If you want to change what or how you eat, there are three main things that you can do:

This approach is called MAP, and it’s used by the NHS.
Making a change
- Find out about the benefits of changing what you eat or drink
- Set a clear goal, make a plan and think about what could make it difficult to stick to the plan
- Leave yourself reminders about the changes you want to make
